Synnerligen intressant och läsvärd artikel (missa inte att det är tre sidor!) angående hur Best Buy förändrar så att de anställda inte behöver sitta och arbeta på kontoret hela dagarna. Produktiviteten ökar och de anställda hinner med sitt familjeliv också. Intressant i alla fall för mig som läst sociologi och vill jobba med personalfrågor i framtiden...

Extremely interesting and "read-worthy" ((don't know if that word exist in the english language...)) article (don't miss that there's three pages!) about how Best Buy are making changes so the employees don't have to sit in the office and work every day. The productivity goes up and the employees have time for their family life too. Interesting at least for me who has read sociology and want's to work with HR in the future...
